Gary J. Roberts has served as Vice President and General Manager for KLX Energy Services since 2014. Previously, Mr. Roberts was the Chief Executive Officer of Vision Oil Tools, LLC, a KLX Energy Services legacy company, from 2010 until its acquisition in 2014. From 1991 to 2008, Mr. Roberts was General Manager for Complete Production Services, Inc. and worked for Weatherford International—holding management positions with increasing levels of responsibility in Singapore, China, Indonesia and Qatar. Mr. Roberts brings over 30 years of oilfield experience to KLX.
Gay Stanley Mayeux has served as the Vice President of Finance and Administration for KLX Energy Services since 2014. Her primary focus is providing KLX operations and the KLX parent company with pertinent financial information as a basis for making well-informed, strategic decisions. Previously the Chief Financial Officer at Vision Oil Tools, a KLX Energy Services legacy company, Ms. Mayeux has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. During that time, she also served in executive level financial management positions at Weatherford International, McDermott International, Willbros Group Inc. and Hydril Company.
Douglas Barnette has served as the Director of HS&E for KLX Energy Services since February 2016, he has more than 18 years of HS&E experience. Responsible for overseeing all phases of the company's HS&E program, Mr. Barnette has held numerous HS&E leadership roles at Weatherford International and Bayou Well Services. With nearly two decades of oil and gas service industry knowledge and experience, Mr. Barnette brings a dedicated commitment to the health and safety of every KLX employee. His guidance will enable KLX to protect the environment while minimizing risk to the company through the use of a sound Health, Safety and Environmental management system and industry best practices.
Based at the company's corporate headquarters in Houston, Tim Cooksley is responsible for strategic business development across all KLX Energy Services products and services nationwide. Prior to this role, Mr. Cooksley held several executive leadership positions at Weatherford International—including Vice President of Global Client Coordination and VP of the Global Chevron Account. His leadership, strategic thinking and global account management experience has helped generate billions of dollars' worth of new business for multiple high-profile groups, products and services. An energy industry veteran, Mr. Cooksley is also a Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) member, as well as a past president.
Jay Survant has held the Vice President of Human Resources position at KLX Energy Services since 2014. He brings more than 18 years of human resources, training and organizational development experience to the role, and nearly a decade of experience specializing in the dynamic human resources demands of the oilfield services industry. Prior to joining KLX, Mr. Survant served as Vice President of Human Resources and Training Development for Stallion Oilfield Holdings, Inc.
